Abstract
A 47 years old man presented with hydrocephalus and increased intracranial pressure (IICP) associated with capillary hemangioma of the lower thoracic spinal cord. Various explanations have been proposed for mechanism of hydrocephalus and IICP in spinal cord tumors are presented. Spinal cord tumors should be considered in the unclear etiology of hydrocephalus and IICP.
